White Knight
The White Knight is famous for his virtue and his prowess in battle. He is among the most powerful fighters and can handle the largest and most terrible monsters, but he moves slowly and fatigues easily. Against smaller and faster foes he must rely on his armor to stay alive, and he must use his health to recover from the fatigue and wounds he suffers in combat.

Strategy
Bright Dwight needs a source of White magic to cast spells - usually the Chapel. Make Whole or Small Blessing is the way to go here. If he can limp back to the Chapel after a hard fight, Make Whole will fix him right up. Small Blessing is not as beneficial to Dwight as it is to the Pilgrim, as he already has a T attack. The other results on the Wish table are equally as useful though. There is a 30.56% chance of rolling a Wish for Strength, which for Whitey is a waste of a Wish.
The only weapon which is potentially better than his Great Sword is the Morning Star, which does not have sharpness stars to be reduced by armour, and attacks at time 3 when alerted. This means that he can attack with his H6 Fight chit against Heavy opponents or with his T5* chit against Tremendous opponents and be sure of undercutting many of them. If he sells his Great Sword to the Order, he can buy the Morning Star for up to Price x2 (44.44% chance per Trade with -1 on the Meeting Table roll).
At the beginning of the game, Dwight should either try to Hire one of the Order, or buy the Morning Star, or both (if he gets a Boon). Having a hireling and the Morning Star makes an excellent killing machine, especially against single large monsters. If you do go for both, take the Boon second (you can only get both if you get one on a Boon or sell your armour). Buy the Morning Star at Price x1 or Price x2, and get the Hireling on a Boon. That way you won't be in the position of having the Order reduced to Friendly when you're trying to Hire him. By the time his term is up, you probably won't need him any more anyway.
The Knight should put his VPs in Fame. It's really the only thing he needs, although a point in Treasures and Gold certainly would not hurt. Seek out the Trolls, Giants and Dragons. At time 3 you can be sure of killing even the T Flying Dragon with only a single Wound. Remember to spend that Alert phase! Whether your armour survives depends on whether the dragon's head Changes Tactics. After buying the Morning Star, you would probably need a Boon to buy new armour.
An interesting goal for the White Knight would be to learn all the Type I spells. He will need to find the Good Book and the Sacred Statue and learn the spell from the Shrine. I don't know whether this is possible. It would certainly require some luck and a LOT of searching treasure sites. The Sacred Statue is a Great Treasure, so 1VP in that would be achieved in the course of this goal.
The White Knight is surprisingly effective with the Garb of Speed.
