Do you have problems downloading the file, or using it after downloading? Read this.
You must change the file's extension!
The files are stored on the web server as Zip files. However, all you need to do in order to use them in Realmspeak is to change the file extension from ".zip" to ".rschar". You can do this either as you are downloading, or afterwards - it doesn't matter. But you need to change the file extension or Realmspeak will not recognise it.
