Shakna - Assault on the Hive

Team Fugazi was formed in the very early days of House Dha, but a problem with the paperwork prevented them from being commissioned at the same time as other teams-in-training.

During their training period, an accident killed the team's astrogator, leaving the team one member short at a crucial time. By the time the Kryll Hive arrived at Dha Prime and all of House Dha was scrambled to meet the percieved threat, Team Fugazi was still listed as being in training, and therefore were not permitted to leave Dha Prime.

Team Fugazi were therefore the only trained team when Shakna's Sorce Moon appeared in the sky above Dha Prime. They were assigned to an old corvette and successfully landed on the surface of the moon, where they met Shakna of the Shanask.

Shakna introduced them to Karla Krace, a math whiz and astrogator, who also had skill with the Sorce. With Karla on board the team were transported to the vicinity of the Kryll Hive. A t'skaa aided them to get inside the Hive, where the team eventually were subdued by the Kryll and brought before their queen.

Team Fugazi summoned Shakna to the hive as they were instructed to do. Shakna discovered that the Kryll were not the threat that he thought they were, and the Dha attack was stopped.

Upon their return to Dha Prime, Team Fugazi were commended and commissioned. A Kryll advisor/observer named Tkk'rkk-t-krrtk't'klkk (TK for short) was temporarily attached to the team at this time.

Icebox

Team Fugazi were next assigned to a world in the Arthirian Sphere, on a covert mission to discover what was behind recent delays in garathium mining (garathium is a major component of ship, particularly warship, hull plating).

They found and eliminated an alien and its family, which had been preying on the miners of a small colony there. As the miners were throwing a grateful party, the team received warning not to go to it. Sure enough, a bomb exploded in the local tavern, killing many colonists but not the team. One of the minimg town's officials was observed to leave the system in a fast ship - this was the team's first encounter with Dalla De Foure.

Space Hulk

When returning from this mission the team encountered a ship floating in deep space. This was the Paradroid, and it was full of horrid aliens. This was their first encounter with the horak and dreadar. Together the team were able to clear the Bridge and the Reactor deck and get the engines started again. They piloted the ship back to Dha Prime where teams of Marines and Cyberlords cleared the ship of the alien infestation.

Further research revealed that the Paradroid was originally owned by House Hassa, but disappeared during a routine courier mission to the outer rim of Known Space.

House Hassa lost the ship and wrote it off the books, so Dha claimed it as salvage and assigned it to Team Fugazi on a permanent basis.
