The party fought several horrid undead as they explored the dungeons beneath the ruined Moathouse.

They found Spugnoir hiding in a storage room, weak and down to his last Magic Missile spell. He declined to accompany them on their explorations, but advised where they would find whatever it was the cultists were looking for. He thanked them for helping his daughter Renne, and advised that he would be returning to Hommlet.

The group continued on, finding the cultists' living quarters. Inside a trapped box they located what appeared to be a diary or journal. This clearly implicated Chatrilon Unosh as an accomplice of the cultists. There were at least two more beds than cultists they had so far encountered.

After spending half the afternoon in the dungeon, they still have not found the thing that the cultists had been looking for, although they have a fair idea where it is likely to be.
